Winthrop is Underworld’s technician. He checks on the electricity, makes sure any plumbing is in working order, and generally takes care of things.[1]Positive spin media bombsquad 3.2 for mac os. He restored and reprogrammed the robotCerberus, and is responsible for his maintenance. However, Underworld is running low on scrap and may be forced to dismantle Cerberus unless they get a steady stream of scrap from elsewhere.[2] Winthrop is willing to trade medicine for extra scrap, including RadAway and Rad-X, because quite frankly, ghoul have no use for them.[3] When he's not worrying about scrap, Winthrop sleeps for a few hours in his little workshop off the Concourse, and is occasionally joined by his girlfriend Greta.[4]

With a high enough Strength, the Lone Wanderer can threaten him into giving up 10 stimpaks for free. After this, he will refuse to speak with the Lone Wanderer.
